Shipping policy

Shipping is provided by Fedex for domestic and international orders. Once the order has been made during the 3rd day to 10th week period (unless otherwise noted) it will be shipped via selected shipping method. All orders are highly encouraged to be shipped with insurance. Parity Jewelry Pte Ltd is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

All international orders are always declared at full value. Please note that there will likely be custom fees upon delivery. All accrued fees are the responsibility of the customer, not Parity Jewelry Pte Ltd.

Refund policy

Custom made, bespoke pieces or any alteration pieces cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. If there is any issue with the quality of the piece, please send along an e-mail immediately not exceeding seven days.

Repairs such as stone tightening, checking prongs, polishing, sizing, small diamond melee such as a halo or side diamond replacement is covered within Parity Jewelry Pte Ltd.

All warranties are void if taken to another jewelry shop for repairs, cleanings, or sizing.

Centre stones are not guaranteed underneath this warranty and are highly recommended to be insured by a third-party.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges on ready-to-ship items are accepted in original quality with full packaging within seven days of receiving the piece. Please send an e-mail before returning the piece for shipping instructions.

Returning parcel shipping charges are not under any responsibility of Parity Jewelry Pte Ltd. Parity Jewelry Pte Ltd is not responsible for any lost or damage piece(s) during the shipment.
