Warranty

It is Parity promise that your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects. We do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive perfect. Should your piece arrive with a defect, please contact our Customer Care team at order@parityjewelry.com immediately so we can get this taken care of for you!

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose stones or loose prongs. Within the first year of purchase, Parity will correct any manufacturing or quality-related problems at no cost. During the one year warranty from date of delivery, Parity Jewelry Pte Ltd proudly will take in any piece for inspection, shipping fee and any processing fee in returning will be responsible by customers.

This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked, damaged, stretched and loss of stones and/or jewelry pieces. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty. For any damages deemed normal wear and tear, a fee will be determined based on the assessment by our artisan craftsmen team. Once a fee is determined, someone from Parity Jewelry Pte Ltd will contact you to collect payment.

After one year from the date of delivery Parity Jewelry Pte Ltd will happily assist with any repair at a fee plus additional tax and returning goods to Parity Jewelry Pte Ltd will be responsible by customers.

Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of Parity will void this warranty.
